ABOUT THE GLOVES
Why do I actually need grip gloves for pilates?
Once you've used them you'll wonder what you were doing before. Sweaty palms, sliding hands mid-hold, wrist tension from compensating for grip - grip gloves reduce all of that. If you've ever wiped your hands on your leggings between exercises, these were made for you.
Do they help with wrist pain?
ROOKAKON gloves are designed for grip stability, not medical wrist support. But a solid, non-slip grip means your hands aren't scrambling to compensate for sliding - which reduces the kind of tension that builds during long holds. If you have an existing wrist condition, check with your physio or instructor about what's right for you.
Will the grip feel weird at first?
The first class might feel different - your hands aren't used to having extra grip. By class two or three, it just feels like part of your kit. Most people say they forget they're wearing them, except that they're not sliding.
Can I use these for yoga or barre?
Absolutely. They're designed for pilates, but the half-finger design and grip technology works well for any discipline where you want hand stability without losing fingertip sensitivity. Yoga, barre, aerial, home workouts - all fair game.
What about hot yoga? Will the grip still hold?
The anti-slip dots are designed to perform under sweat - that's literally their job. The breathable fabric helps manage heat, but the grip holds up even when you're working hard. Wash after every sweaty session to maintain performance.

SIZING & FIT
How do I know if they'll fit me?
The gloves are approximately 8cm × 8cm laid flat, with stretch knit that adapts to most women's hand sizes. If you have very small or narrow hands, don't worry, these will fit. If you have larger hands, the stretch accommodates well.
I have small hands. Will these fit?
The stretch knit adjusts well to smaller hands. They'll conform with wear. Generally, they can be a bit big for kids hands age 5, and most customers find they work well regardless of hand size within the typical women's range.
What if I order and the size is wrong?
Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order. If the gloves are unused and in original packaging, we'll exchange them for the right fit. See the Returns & Refunds page for the full process.
What about other
COLOURS
Do the colours look accurate on screen?
We do our best to photograph them true-to-life, but screen settings vary. Colours may appear slightly different on your device. The names and hex codes on the product page are the most reliable reference. If you receive something that looks significantly different to what you expected, contact us - we'll sort it.
Can I order multiple colours?
Yes. Each order is one pair per item - just add multiple colours to your cart. Many customers own several pairs, which is both relatable and completely valid.

LOOKING AFTER YOUR GLOVES
How do I wash them?
Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, inside out. Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or iron - heat degrades the grip dot coating. That's it. They're designed to survive regular washing without losing performance, as long as you stay off the high-heat settings.
How long will the grip last?
The grip is designed for regular training use. Cold gentle wash, lay flat to dry - you can extend the life of the coating significantly. Most customers report strong grip performance over months of regular use with proper care. Tumble drying is the main thing that accelerates wear, so avoid it.
Can I wear them every session?
Yes - that's the plan. Wash after every use, lay flat to dry, and they're ready for the next class.

How long does delivery take?
Australian orders typically arrive within 2-8 business days after dispatch. Express options are available at checkout.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes - free standard shipping on Australian orders over AU$200.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Rates and timeframes are calculated at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you'll receive a tracking link by email. You can also use the Track Order page at /pages/track-order with your order number and email address.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS
What's your return policy?
We accept returns on unused, unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Worn items can't be returned for hygiene reasons - but if something arrived faulty or not as described, that's a different story and we'll sort it. See the Returns & Refunds page for everything.

Can I return a colour I don't like?
Yes, as long as the gloves are unworn and in original packaging within the 30-day window. Contact us at support@rookakon.com with
your order number to start the process.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed
within 15 business days. Allow an additional 3–5 business days for the amount to clear in your account depending on your bank.
