The gloves are 10cm (w) × 12cm (h) laid flat, with stretch knit that adapts to most women's hand sizes. If you have very small or narrow hands, don't worry, these will fit. If you have larger hands, the stretch accommodates well.

We do our best to photograph them true-to-life, but screen settings vary. Colours may appear slightly different on your device. The names and hex codes on the product page are the most reliable reference. If you receive something that looks significantly different to what you expected, contact us - we'll sort it.

Machine wash cold, gentle cycle, inside out. Lay flat to dry. Do not tumble dry or iron - heat degrades the grip dot coating. That's it. They're designed to survive regular washing without losing performance, as long as you stay off the high-heat settings.

The grip is designed for regular training use. Cold gentle wash, lay flat to dry - you can extend the life of the coating significantly. Most customers report strong grip performance over months of regular use with proper care. Tumble drying is the main thing that accelerates wear, so avoid it.

You can wear them every session and wash them after every use. Just lay them flat to dry, and they'll be ready for the next class.

We accept returns on unused, unworn items in original packaging within 30 days of delivery. Worn items can't be returned for hygiene reasons - but if something arrived faulty or not as described, that's a different story and we'll sort it. See the Returns & Refunds page for everything.
