Refund policy

ROOKAKON – RETURN & REFUND POLICY

1. Return Window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original condition with all tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

We reserve the right to reject returns that do not meet these conditions.

3. Change of Mind Returns

For change of mind returns:

  • Return shipping is free once the return is approved
  • A prepaid return label will be provided
  • Items must meet all eligibility criteria

4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items

If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a remedy under Australian Consumer Law.

In such cases:

  • Return shipping is free
  • You may choose a refund, replacement, or repair where applicable
  • Claims must be made within a reasonable time after receiving the item

5. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Final sale items (clearly marked at purchase)
  • Gift cards
  • Used, worn, or washed items
  • Items damaged after delivery
  • Hygiene-sensitive items (e.g. underwear, swimwear without hygiene seals)

6. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, email orders@rookakon.com with your order number.

If approved, you will receive:

  • A prepaid return shipping label
  • Instructions for return

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

7. Exchanges

We do not process direct exchanges.
To exchange an item, return the original item and place a new order.

8. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected:

  • You will be notified of the outcome
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method

Timeframes:

  • Inspection: 3-5 business days after receipt
  • Refund processing: up to 10 business days
  • Bank processing times may vary

If your refund has not been received within 15 business days of approval, contact us at orders@rookakon.com.

9. European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, without providing a reason.

Items must still meet return condition requirements.
