    IT'S TRUE

Our stretch-fit fabric is sewn specifically so it fits perfectly snug, from pre-teen girls hands all the way up to adult male hands. The gloves lay flat at approximately 10cm (w) × 12cm (h).

    HOW?

A solid grip means your hands aren't compensating for slipping - which can reduce the kind of strain and tension that builds up during long holds. If you have existing wrist issues, talk to your physio or instructor.

Machine wash cold (below 42°C), or on a gentle cycle. For maximum protection, wash them inside out, and lay flat to dry. Avoid the dryer - heat degrades the grip dot coating.

    TRY OUR PROTECTGRIP WASHBAGS

Our customers wear them for Spin, Pilates, Yoga, Gym, Rowing Erg, Calisthenics, Outdoor Workouts and Running!

The half-finger design and breathable fabric works well for any discipline where you want hand grip without losing fingertip sensitivity.

Pilates is what they were built for, but they travel well.

    SKIP THE MAT

Perfect for outdoor workouts, be prepared easily, the gloves fit in your pocket.

These protect your hands and keep them clean so you can focus on your workout.

The grip cuts through sweat and humidity, keeping you steady throughout Hot Yoga, Pilates, Gym and Barre.

They are built to last. The anti-slip coating is designed for regular training use. Our customers report the grip holding up well over months of regular use.

How Others Are Loving Their SoftGrip Gloves

            • Pilates Instructor

I teach every day and didn’t realise how much slipping affects form. The ROOKAKON gloves give consistent grip on the mat and reformer. My cues land better because clients feel more stable. They’ve become a non‑negotiable in our classes. It made so much sense, we all had the socks, and now we got the gloves!

              Olivia

            • Yoga Teacher

I teach multiple classes a day, and consistent grip is everything. The ROOKAKON gloves give me a stable connection to the mat, especially in transitions and weight‑bearing poses. My hands feel grounded, my flow feels smoother, and I can demonstrate confidently without slipping. They’ve become a staple in my teaching bag. I always keep some spares for people to borrow for the class, now.

              Sarah

            • Reformer User

I use the reformer several times a week, and I was always slipping on the handles and footbar. It's never at the start of the class, I'd have to get warm first - also, by 'slipping' it wasn't anything serious like falling off the machine (but I've heard of it happening to others) or hurting myself. Where I really noticed it was how it messed with my control, made me feel embarrassed and less confident than everyone around me, and made some movements feel shaky. The ROOKAKON gloves fixed it instantly. Solid grip on the straps, steady hands on the bar, and I've ended up with way more confidence through every sequence.

            • Home Workout

I used to work out at home on a basic mat, and I was constantly slipping during planks, core work, and anything that made my hands sweaty. It threw off my form and made every session feel a bit frustrating. The ROOKAKON gloves fixed it instantly - I gained steady grip, stopped sliding, and no longer need to readjust all the time. They're actually so grippy, sometimes I don't even get the mat out - which really helps my motivation. Now my home workouts feel smoother, safer, way more controlled, and I actually do them.

              Author

            • Beginner Classes

I’m new to Pilates and all the other classes I’ve been trying - spin, reformer, mat Pilates, hot yoga, and normal yoga. I kept slipping, losing my balance, and constantly readjusting my hands, which made me feel awkward and behind everyone else. The ROOKAKON gloves gave me instant grip and stability across every class. I stopped slipping, fidgeting, and feeling embarrassed. Having steady hands lets me focus on actually learning the movements and applying myself.

              Brenda

            • Gym

I use these during strength and conditioning sessions, and the difference in grip is huge. Whether I’m doing planks, sled pushes, or core work on the mat, the ROOKAKON gloves keep my hands locked in without slipping. They’re breathable, comfortable, and give me way more control during high‑intensity sets. Since I started, I've completely stopped getting calluses.

              • Physiotherapist

As a physiotherapist working with clients recovering from lower limb and core injuries, I’m particular about the equipment they use at home. ROOKAKON’s Pilates accessories provide the right blend of support and challenge - helping clients build strength, control, and confidence without aggravating symptoms. I’ve seen noticeable improvements in posture, stability, and movement quality when they incorporate these tools into their weekly routine. I highly recommend ROOKAKON for anyone serious about moving well.
