Two pieces. One colour.
If grip gloves are new to you, here is the short story. A grip sock has a silicone pattern on the sole. A SoftGrip Glove has a silicone dot print on the palm. One is for your feet, the other is for your hands.
The Starter Set puts one of each together, in the same colour: Oat, Rosé, White or Black. There is nothing to match yourself, and both pieces are one size, so there is no size chart to check.

On your hands
The gloves, up close.
SoftGrip Pilates Gloves are half-finger, so your fingertips stay free. There is one strap at the wrist, no velcro, and the back of the hand is open.
The silicone dots are printed on the palm, the side that sits on the bar, the straps and the mat. They come in one size, in a stretchy knit that adapts to most hands.
On your feet
The Scrunch Socks, up close.
SoftGrip Pilates Scrunch Socks are cotton, with a silicone pattern across the whole sole, right to the toes. They are one size, with a soft scrunched leg, made for cooler days.
In the Starter Set they come in the same colour as your gloves, so the two look like they belong together.

SoftGrip Gloves are one size and half-finger, in a stretchy knit with a strap, not a cuff. They measure 10cm wide by 12cm high laid flat. If you have larger hands, expect a closer fit rather than a loose one.
The half-finger cut leaves your fingertips free, so you can still use a touchscreen or adjust a strap without taking the gloves off.
Yes. Machine wash cold (below 42°C) or on a gentle cycle, inside out. You can put them in a Wash Bag with your socks. Tumble drying is fine, with or without a Wash Bag.
Yes. Every order ships with tracking. We email you the tracking link when your order is dispatched, and the first update can take up to 48 hours to appear. Free shipping on 5+ pieces.
